FC EUROPA's long term goals are to make sure that players:

Receive High Level Professional Training Year Round

Receive Supplemental training opportunities such as: Fit & Fast, Skill & Moves Clinics and Goalkeeping sessions.

Play in 5-12 Tournaments per year

Play Indoor and Outdoor State Cup

Play in Region 1 / Colonial League

Have the opportunity to train at a level where they can represent their High School

Train, Prepare and Play in College Showcase Tournaments

Have the opportunity to travel overseas to train and play
PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend all training sessions, matches, tournaments, and meetings unless excused by the coach. When conflicts arise, notify your coach as soon as possible;

Practices are mandatory; you can not develop your skills and play if you do not attend practice. If you have a conflict please notify the coach ASAP;

Come ready to train or play. A serious attitude to work hard is expected to enhance development of both Individual and team skill levels;

Every FC EUROPA Player is expected to project proper behavior and a positive attitude;

Treat other players, teams, and referees with respect;

Inform the coach of any injuries, major or minor.
The following items should be brought to every training session and match:

Shin guards

Designated FC EUROPA attire

Multiple Footwear (Running Sneakers, Turfs, Cleats)

Properly inflated soccer ball

Water / Sports drink
TIME COMMITMENT:
The time duration of most training sessions are 1 ½ – 2 hours in length.
Training schedules and times will be determined by the Director of Coaching, coach and based on field availability and coach's schedules.
U11 – U18 FC EUROPA teams will train twice a week with their team and have the additional opportunity to attend:

Fitness, Conditioning and Speed sessions with the FC EUROPA Professional Fitness Coach

Goalkeeper Training once a week with our FC EUROPA Professional Goalkeeping Coach

Individual Skills Academy with a FC EUROPA Professional Coach
