ABOUT FC EUROPA FC Europa
FC EUROPA was initially launched with 2 girl's teams with great success in 2009. It was so well received that for the 2011-12 season FC EUROPA will have 6 Boys (U11-U16) and 7 Girls Teams (U11 - U18) and will boast 16 FC EUROPA Premier Teams in 2013-2014.
Mission Statement

Offer each player an environment that allows them to develop according to his/her ability. Each player's needs are different and our staff and programs are chosen and designed to deliver quality soccer experiences at each level.

Promote the development of communication, discipline, good sportsmanship and teamwork necessary for academic achievement and good citizenship.

Attract, develop and retain superior coaches that will provide the leadership, player development and operational expertise. The FC EUROPA coaching staff are widely regarded as the best in our field.

Attract, develop and retain superior coaches that will provide the leadership, player development and operational expertise. The FC EUROPA coaching staff are widely regarded as the best in our field.

Focus on the development of physical, mental, as well as emotional fitness of its team members.

Establish programs for players designed specifically to enhance the knowledge, appreciation and enjoyment of soccer.

Prepare high school aged players for competition at the collegiate level, thereby maximizing exposure to college recruiting.

FC EUROPA promotes the teaching of sportsmanship, teamwork and competitive play. Our objective is to provide an environment that maximizes individual talent within a team concept and promote the sport of soccer.

How does FC EUROPA develop its players?

FC EUROPA is a Structured and monitored Multi National Player Development Training program that is designed to give all players the best opportunity to play in High School and College.

The program is a disciplined year round commitment that will enable players, who regard soccer as their #1 sport, to have the opportunity to train and compete at a high level throughout the year.

Although this does not necessarily mean that all of the FC EUROPA teams will initially be playing in the top Premier division in their respective league or tournaments, it does mean that they will have the opportunity to receive:
The most modern up-to-date Youth Training available
Appropriate Skill Level Competition in League and Tournament Play
Frequent Individual Player Evaluation and Monitoring
End of year Parent and Player Conferences

Based on the team's ability and individual skill level, we do not expect players to play below or above their skill level, but do expect them to play at the highest level possible and to be dedicated to improvement, and achieving the required standard that will be necessary to play in High School and College.

If I make an FC EUROPA team can I play other sports?

Absolutely, we do not discourage players from playing other sports but do ask that they are completely fair in the division of their time when a conflict arises. Like any sport or activity, the more you put in the more you get out.

FC EUROPA staff will certainly work with both the player and parents to ensure that they are able to play other sports, but must emphasis that FC EUROPA fully expects players to attend state cup games, major tournaments and games and events that will continue to develop your child and team.

How many tournaments will I play in per year for FC EUROPA?

You can anticipate playing in 5-12 tournaments per year that will vary from staying away for the weekend, to tournaments that are accessible via on the day travel. Please note that stay away tournaments will also incur hotel cost, etc. Inevitably the older the teams, the further they travel.

It is important that teams participate in numerous tournaments through the year to acquire National ranking points that will not only enhance the team's reputation and easier access to future tournaments, but make the FC EUROPA brand nationally recognizable.

Train to perform:

FC EUROPA is a program dedicated to making sure that players are trained and prepared when going into tournaments and key games and events. This could incur additional or extended training sessions so players are fully prepared physically as well as mentally prepared.
